At Military Coins USA, we have a full team of exclusive coin graphic designers with years of experience. Not only will we design your custom coins to your exact specifications, but we'll do an unlimited amount of revisions to ensure you're 100% satisfied with the design before beginning production. Challenge coins offer a lot of real estate for logos, insignias, plenty of text and a ton of color options as well. If you prefer, just let us know what you would like on your custom challenge coin when filling out a free quote form. If you have clipart, company logos or anything else you would like to send to us for designing purposes, send them our way! We currently accept the following file types: jpg, gif, png, bmp, tiff, doc, docx, ppt, pptx, pdf, psd, ai, and eps. 2. Make Your Coins In Any Shape!
Most custom challenge coins we produce are round, but for the more creative types, round simply isn't an option. We can make your challenge coins in any shape you like, including dog tags, octagons, squares, rectangles, triangles and more! Keep in mind that measurement for custom shapes is based on the longest point on the coin. A round challenge coin will give you the best deal for the price, while a custom shape offers a unique alternative. The coins pictured below are all considered 2" coins and priced equally, even though the last three coins have less area than the first.
3. Choose A Metal Type
We offer our custom military coins in a number of stock metal types for you to choose from. Pick from gold, silver, copper, black nickel or brass. For an additional charge, we can also offer antiqued versions of these metals for a classically styled challenge coin.
4. Choose A Coin Edge
For an extra $0.35 per coin, you can choose to diamond cut the edges of your military coin into a sharp, unique design. You can choose from a standard edge, cross cut, wave cut, or rope cut, depending on your needs. Please see the image below for reference.
